WHITE OATS 400g

Take two table spoon of natural oats and add 200 ml of milk allow it to boil for 3 minutes. Add sugar to your choice and taste. Take two tablespoon of natural oats and add 200 ml of water allow it to boil for 3 mins. Add required salt and taste.
